"Taste of Cherry" -------- A good Iranian movie!!!

1. 一個決意自殺的人, 他已自掘墳墓, 駕著車只希望找一個途人肯為他死後蓋上泥土! 很喜歡那個櫻桃樹的往事, 更喜歡那個土耳其笑話, 充滿哲理!

    this is one of the director's trilogy, namely, 'where's my friend's home' (my favourite), 'and life goes on' & 'taste of cherry'. docu drama or drama docu (pseudo?) all of them.

    very interesting trilogy. the first one revolves around a pair of young school mates (real people in real life); the second was shot after the Iranian earthquake in the 80? causing lots of lives (the director was trying to find the whereabout of the two young friends(in 'where's my frined's home')in a road trip after the disaster, and,'taste of cherry'is another road trip looking at the nature of life and its values,after all the happenings.

    i hope you will see 'where's my friend's home' and 'and life goes on'. they represent the best of Kiaosrostami.
    after the trilogy, he becomes too obsessed with what he already accomplished, therefore repeating himself too much.

    ps. as seen in these movies, Iranians are so friendly and innocent, not the least like what we learn from the news.

    好surprise妳現在才回應！妳說的trilogy我要記著，不過我不太相信我的記性，我甚至已忘了那個土耳其笑話！不過，應要等甚麼乜乜電影節才有機會看吧，到時妳要提我啊！
